In close collaboration with Toyota Malaysia, the TSA Executive Committee has implemented structured programmes focused on Safety, the Toyota Production System (TPS), Quality Enhancement, and Environmental Sustainability. These initiatives are designed not only to elevate operational standards, but to institutionalise a culture of continuous improvement across the supplier network.
